Matrix — Wireless Motor Controller & Water Level Indicator for Large Buildings
Multi-Tank Water Level Controller
Matrix is Aquabrim's most versatile wireless water level controller, engineered for large residential complexes, commercial buildings and institutional sites that need centralized control over their water supply. Unlike compact single-tank controllers, Matrix is built to scale — automating water levels for up to 13 overhead tanks and 1 underground tank from a single unit.
Every sensor communicates wirelessly with the controller in the 433 to 434 MHz RF band, removing the need for wiring between tanks and the control room. Matrix runs 2 motors in flexible combinations decided at the time of installation, and can also display the open or close status of motorized valves installed near tanks, giving facility teams full visibility over the water system.
Matrix is fully configurable on site, with adjustable overflow, full and low level thresholds, up to 10 programmable timers and MODBUS connectivity that lets its data feed directly into a Building Management System (BMS) for remote monitoring and control. It is manufactured and supported by Aquabrim, built for demanding, always-on water automation.
Key Features
How It Works – Step by Step
Connects Wirelessly
RF sensors in each tank transmit water level data wirelessly, in the 433 to 434 MHz band, to the Matrix controller.
Monitors All Tanks
Matrix tracks levels across up to 13 overhead tanks and 1 underground tank in real time, showing live readings on the digital display.
Controls the Motors
Based on configured settings, Matrix automatically starts or stops up to 2 motors, in combination, to keep every tank filled.
Syncs with BMS
All data is shared over the MODBUS protocol, so a Building Management System can remotely monitor and control the entire setup.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Matrix is Aquabrim's advanced wireless water level controller designed for large buildings and commercial sites. It automates water levels across multiple overhead tanks and an underground tank, controlling up to 2 motors from a single controller unit.
Matrix can control water levels in up to 13 overhead tanks and 1 underground tank simultaneously, making it suitable for large residential complexes, commercial buildings and institutional sites.
No. Matrix receives sensor data wirelessly in the 433 to 434 MHz RF band, so no wiring is needed between tanks and the control unit. This greatly simplifies installation and maintenance.
Yes. Matrix communicates over the MODBUS protocol, allowing its water level and system data to be uploaded to a BMS for remote monitoring and control.
Matrix can control 2 motors, in various combinations, configured on site to match the specific pumping requirements of the building.
Yes. If a motorized valve is installed near a tank, Matrix displays its open or close status on the controller, so facility teams always know the state of the system.
Yes. Matrix is highly configurable on site. Overflow, full and low level percentages, indirect flow rate and up to 10 timers can all be adjusted by users to suit site conditions.
Overflow can be set between 101 and 199%, full level between 81 and 180%, and low level between 10 and 80%, giving installers flexibility to match each site's tank configuration.
Matrix operates on a supply voltage of 180 to 260V, draws a maximum of 10 Amp, and is rated for indoor installation at operating temperatures from -10°C to 55°C, with humidity up to 90%.
Matrix is manufactured by Aquabrim Home Appliance Pvt. Ltd., based in Ghitorni, New Delhi, India.
